How do I return an item purchased from CanterOffice.com?
To return an item to Canter Office Equipment please first call Canter Office toll-free at 1-800-466-1812 and request a return authorization number. The Canter Office representative will then explain the short and convenient process to return your item.

How do I cancel an order I have placed on CanterOffice.com?
The first step is to determine the status of your order. You may do this via the web or by calling 1-800-466-1812. You will need your order number and customer ID number provided in the order confirmation email.
If the status of your order states anything other than (shipped), we suggest you cancel your order by sending an e-mail or by filling out our online contact form.
If the status of your order states (shipped), we suggest you call Canter Customer Service to determine the current stage of shipping and to begin the return process if necessary.

How do I get a copy of my order invoice?
Once your order is submitted and confirmed you will receive an email titled 'Order Invoice' which acts as your instant order confirmation and receipt, however, many of our customers need a bit more than that which is why we've listened and developed a powerful website to accomodate our business clients.
To access your order invoices online simply log into your account and proceed to ORDER HISTORY where you will see the last several dozen orders you placed with CanterOffice.com listed, click on the View Order text link to view your online order invoice and print for your records.

How do I track my order?
Tracking the status of your CanterOffice.com order is convenient and quick to do 24 hours a day.
Step 1 - The first step is to log into your CanterOffice.com account.
Step 2 - Click on the Order History button which appears below your Account Information.
Step 3 - Glance at the upper right corner of each order to see the current Order Status.
Pending - Your order is being prepared to ship and will ship within 48 hours.
Shipping - Your order is in route via UPS or USPS and will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Delivered - Your order was delivered successfully and was signed to authorize proper delivery.
Completed - Your order was a success without problems or active returns or exchanges and is considered closed.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Please contact Customer Service via email or by phone to determine whether your business currently has on file a faxed business license or vendor's license to exempt your order from Texas sales tax.
Sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout.

How do I get removed from phone calls, mailings or email?
To be removed from all Canter Office email newsletters please proceed to the Subscription Management Center to unregister your email address in any or all currently subscribed newsletters.
To be removed from all Canter Office mailings and phone calls please send an email requested removal to info@canteroffice.com.
To managed your product alerts (eAlerts) log into your CanterOffice.com account and click on the Product Notifications button which appears toward the end of your main Account Information. You may then select to be removed from any eAlerts you have previously activated.

How to I update my account information?
To update your Account Information including email address, password, billing information and frequently used shipping addresses simply log into Your Account. The frontpage once you login makes it very easy for you to update your Personal Details, Company Details, Password, Contact Information including email address and Options by clicking the Edit Account button.
To add, edit and delete shipping addresses view your Address Book by clicking on the ADDRESS BOOK button located on the frontpage of your account.
